Culture Monks , alongwith DCBS and MasterPeace are excited to announce the launch of Sunderbans Girls Soccer Academy at Dhosa Joynagar, South 24 pgns, West Bengal.
The academy will be launched in September 2020. Right now we are in the process of enrolling the girls.
The soccer academy will provide free soccer training for girls from the Sunderbans region. The soccer academy will admit girls between the ages 6 yrs – 12 yrs.
The head coach of the academy will be Ali Reza Mondal , who is former national football player and a certified coach.
Sports is a great tool for bringing about cultural transformation and overcoming the various roadblocks in the social configuration in a place. This academy will endevour to develop future champions and also strong community leaders amongst women which will lead to socio – economic progress and development of a liberal society .
Ali Reza Mondal will be chief coach of the academy. He is a former national football player and a certified coach and has played for all the major clubs in Kolkata. He has also played in international matches representing India or his club.
