Alliance française du Bengale, Oakridge Foundation & Culture Monks in association with Masterpeace are very happy to announce the ¨Une Soirée pleine d’histoires (An Evening of Stories) ¨ on the International Day of Peace, on September 21, 2019 at Alliance française du Bengale, Park Mansions, Park Street. The timing is from 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm.
The theme for the 2019 chapter of ¨Une Soirée pleine d’histoires (An Evening of Stories) ¨ is Stories for Peace.
Peace is not the absence of war but a state where there is human progress which is inclusive and in harmony with the environment. The stories which we tell have a strong impact on the state of being.
Une Soirée pleine d’histoires (An Evening of Stories) is an annual event which started in 2016, as a collaboration between Alliance française du Bengale & Culture Monks.
The 2019 edition of Une Soirée pleine d’histoires (An Evening of Stories) will see stories and performances by children.
The Line up for the 2019 edition is as follows :
7:30 pm – 7:45 pm : Fragments from Abaol Tabol by Avery, Snigdha, Juganta, Aadya & Drakshi. Music by Pradip Chatopadhyay
7:45 pm – 8 pm : Fragments from Little Prince by Soumya, Krishiv & Agrodeep
8 PM – 8:15 pm : Isabel & The Bear by Ogden Nash by Vrinda & Srijato & ´New Family Member´ by Basundhara, Vrinda & Srijato
8:15 pm – 8:30 pm : Peace by Humaira and Bhrigu
8:30 pm – 8:45 pm : ´We are all Able´ by Sampan, Oishi, Ishani, Tanushka, Pranav, Shaavi & Uraa
9 pm – 9:30 pm : ¨The Always Giving Tree ¨ : performance by Janardan Ghosh & Pradip Chattopadhyay
We will also be creating the #9wave to celebrate #IDP2019
